Can you believe it's been a year already since the Minnesota Vikings had to host the Chicago Bears at TCF Bank Stadium!? Things will be a lot different in the Vikings Bears match-up hosted by the Minnesota Vikings this year compared to a year ago!
On December 20, 2011, the Minnesota Vikings had to host the Chicago Bears at TCF Bank Stadium due to the roof collapse of the Metrodome! Not only will the Bears Vikings game this weekend take place in nicer weather, but also back in-doors, at the Metrodome! It was a fun experience to have an NFL team play at TCF Bank Stadium, but it was a lot of work! TCF Bank Stadium had already been winterized at that point last year, and it took a lot of man hours to get the stadium ready for an NFL Monday Night Football game!
I'm sure the Vikings, and the Bears will be happy to be in-doors this New Year's Day, when they play each other at the Metrodome at Noon!
